Trip up north!

This weekend was a lot of fun. On Thursday night Broc, his family, and I headed up north to see his sister and her little family! I can't get enough of Chloe..so that is why I take 1000 pictures of her! Well, in a few short months(6) I can't post pictures of little Madden Drew! His sister is going to have baby # 2 and I am so excited!

We ended up going to 7 Peaks, out to eat, to the Ultrasound, playing games, and just having a blast! I wish everyone could of been there though! We said our goodbyes to Kathy,TJ, Pepper, and Story who are moving to Ohio for Med. School...so good luck! We ran into Broc's grandparents and of course went to Cold Stone. Yum!

Birthday!

On June, 8, 2011 I celebrated my 20th birthday. I had a lot of fun that day and so thankful for everything that everyone did. My day started out by Broc and I driving down to Mesquite, NV (about 30 minutes) and went to the Virgin River breakfast buffet. On the way out we decided to go bowling! What a fun start to our day. Then we had to head back to St.George because Broc had to go back to work, but the fun didn't stop there. I ended up going shopping the whole day and found a few things...(but I wouldn't mind going again this weekend) Then, that night we went over to Broc's parents house and his mom baked me a cake and we had ice cream :)

The day didn't end there. Later that night, I get a text from Joclynn (my sister in law) telling my to look on my porch...and I found the best birthday card ever...

Funny story. sorta.

I was talking to Broc about how pretty the bag was and he told me that while he was in the store he picked out my bag first, then he decided to go get me a $20.00 ITUNES gift card. He decided to change it to $25.00 because it was pink and matched the bag. His words were...

"I should be a professional designer"

One last thing. Does anyone "extreme coupon?"

I attempt to slightly coupon. I was excited today when I could begin a small stock pile. Not much, but it makes me happy.

Water. 4 Juices. Mac and Cheese. Laundry Soap. Bleach.

No news is good news!

So, nothing new with us! Our last fun thing was our trip to Disneyland and then it was back to reality! Thats never fun! Now that I think about it, we did have company! Brittany, James, and Chloe (Broc's sister and family) stayed the weekend with us. We didn't see them very much but it was still a blast! It's so much fun having company!

Oh yea! After falling in love with the show Extreme Couponing...I have tried it. I'm not very good at it. Any tips? Please?

Disneyland/1 year!

I hate when Vacation is over! Its back to life! Broc and I went to California to celebrate our 1 year Anniversary! It was a lot of fun. We went there on our honeymoon but the weather wasn't very good so we went back. What do you know...weather still wasn't great for the beach, but Disneyland was great! Here are some pictures from our trip!

The beach wasn't as warm as we wanted. We went in the ocean and it was TO cold! That didn't stop us from laying out.

Then on Friday & Saturday we went to Disneyland! The happiest place on EARTH! We were able to see Mickey Mouse! He isn't hardly there or he is hard to find so we didn't pass up the chance!

We had to go through Mickey's house to find him...

Toontown!

I had so much fun! This was my first trip to Disneyland and Broc was a pro, so we were all over the place! My feet and legs are so tired after this trip and I have to wake up at 5 am tomorrow morning!

Its been a great year with Broc. I feel so lucky to be married to him. Its been 365 days of joy! So here are 365 reasons why I love him.

Congrats & Hondas!

First off! I would like to say CONGRATS! to my amazing husband! He was recently called to be the first counselor is the Elders Quorum! I am so proud of him. He is a great example to me and to everyone!

Second! I would like you to meet our new baby! We have been car hunting (more like looking) and we didn't want to buy on for a while because we still have a car payment. But when we saw "Rhonda Honda" we fell in love. We prayed about it (twice) and it felt right. So we purchased Rhonda!

We bought her at a used car lot for 16,000...say hello to car payments for the next 7 years. Well hopefully we can pay her off sooner!
It's not like I'm going to drive her has much as Broc, but I still look good right?

One more thing! We leave for Cali on Thursday! Disneyland of Friday! Heck yes! So I hope we have a save drive!! Our one year is on Saturday!

Happy Mothers Day!

Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers out there! I am so thankful for all the wonderful mothers out there who have raised their children and taught them well. I am extremely grateful for my mother!

Mom, you are amazing. You are always doing what is right. Attending the temple, working, and church. I don't know how you do it! I tell Broc that I strive to be like you, and I really hope to be as strong as you one day! You brought me into this world, then you introduced me to the best gift ever...the church. It has changed my life so much, and I wouldn't be where I am today. Even though it is 2,000 miles away from you. I love you very much and miss you ever day! (Especially your cooking!)

A memory that treasure is when the two of us were able to fly our to Salt Lake and go to Conference together. It was a great weekend and I wouldn't want to spend it with anyone else.

Now that I am older, I have grown closer to you and think of you as my best friend. You are always there for me and never judge me. You help me in anyway that you can and still wants whats best for your little girl! I love you very much!

Second! My mother in law! First off, with out you I would not of found the man of my dreams! Thank you for raising the best son in the world. Thank you for always helping him make the right choices and teaching him what is right! I am so glad that I married into such a great family and we always have fun together. I can ask you anything and know you will always give me great advice. I never could picture what my mother in law would be like, but now that I have you, I wouldn't want or picture anyone else! You are so wonderful and always smiling! You are always willing to help out in any way and I value that about you! Thank you for all that you do! Broc and I love you!

These are 2 great women that I want to be like in different ways. I am so lucky to have them in my life! Thank you!
